Abstract. Scientific, technical and technological progress, modern civilizational challenges and threats associated with the epidemiological situation and the spread of COVID-19 establish modern trends in the development of property, entrepreneurial and general civil
circulation in Russia, and therefore determine the transformation of the principles, methods and mechanisms of operation of the norms of civil law. In this regard, the relevance of remote (remote) interaction of subjects of property relations has determined a new procedure
for the mechanism for concluding transactions. The goal is to study the novelties of civil legislation in terms of the use of digital mechanisms in the conclusion and certification of transactions, to identify legal problems that affect the effective use of digital tools and
electronic forms of recording Russian trade turnover. The article actualizes issues related to legal gaps in terms of the legal concretization of "electronic and technical means", subjects of electronic commerce, electronic recording of the moment of the conclusion of the
transaction and the proper ways of their identification and the reliability (validity) of will and will.
